importing item from excel include extend text in al business central(Report)

Hello 

I create a report batch to import my item from excel and creat categorie for and attribut for and for the description i limited lenth to 100 and all >101 it the extended text so 

please ho set the all >101 of desciption field to extended text ,

2- how to create attribut because i have 3 fields in my sheet who is the Att1, Att2 ATT3, all this 3 is the attribut for one item
