I have an active duplicate rule on lead entity (email = exact match). When I try to qualify a duplicate record the system doesn't allow me to do.
Can that we can change this behaviour?

Also if it does not work you might have to create plugin to create records.
Vignesh, I don't think we can override this behaviour.
There are certain cases where CRM users need to qualify these types of records. Is there a way where we can override or modify this behaviour?
