TMS or landed costs for wet stock transports

Hello!

I have been starting to take a look into the possibilities for transportation management in D365. I would like to know
what would be the best solution to start to look at when it comes to transports by truck for wet stock.

  • Can the TMS be used for this when it comes to transports of wet stock and truck and there are multiple stops from the outbound to the inbound geographical areas?
  • The transport starts in city A and will end in city D with stop in city B and C in between.
  • The goods to be shipped is wet stock and it is measured by volumes.

Would it make any change if the transports are considered to be done wihtin one legal entity or between legal entities?

    Hi Kristina,

The issue of wet stock doesn't seem to be mentioned in the standard, please wait for someone with experience in this area to answer this question.
