Do we have to create a flow using power automate?

Hi

I think we need to use Power Automate to create a flow in order to do what we're planning but as iu'm not familiar with that platform i'm wondering if there's a way to do it in DM365 instead?

Essentially we have a lead generation form, and when a user submits this form they can select one of many regions for example. We're going to use a lead scoring model to qualify the leads into hot and cold. We'd like to then have the system send an email to each of the regions the user specified on signup once they become a hot lead.

I'm thinking we'd need to create a segment for the hot leads based on the model, and then a flow to automate an email to be sent to the office in that region? Is that correct or is there an alternative?

Thanks

    Hi,

Unfortunately, it cannot be achieved with the features in Marketing only, for the processes in Marketing are mainly implemented through Customer Journey, which can only use contact as the audience.

Here is the example about how to send an email to the contact according to the Rating of a lead.

    1. Create a flow triggered when a lead’s rating is updated.

    1. Add a condition: if the value of rating = 1 (which means hot), send an email to the email of the lead with the topic (or other info you’d like to send).

    The received email:

If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.

    Best Regards,

    Nya
