Voiding invoice error 'This transaction was recovered during normal processing'

Hello, Im trying to void an invoice that was done as a test, for some reason the is an amount of 7.12 on account, and I assume this is whay I am unable to void the invoice. I get the error: this transaction was recovered during normal possessing.

can anyone assist.

    From what I have seen having a balance on account would not prevent a document from being voided.
