How can I rename 'Sandbox' to a custom name.

Hello,

How can I rename the 'Sandbox' title name to custom name. I have gone through every settings in CE, been through Internet - but couldn't find anything.

Kindly help with the answer to my question.

Hi Aditya, to change the environment name please follow the instruction below:

1) login to the power apps admin center admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/

2) select your target environment

3) click on edit icon, rename and save.

the "SANDBOX" appears in the top bar when the instance is of "sandbox" type (instead of Production)

as far as I know it's not possible to change the word

Hi,

It is not the name of the environment actually and cannot be customized unfortunately.

Hi Nya,

I just changes the name of an environment by going to the power platform admin center and then editing the Name. Once it is renamed, it is reflected dataverse as shown in the screenshot below:

Furthermore also confirmed whether we can rename environment of type 'PRODUCTION'.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Hi Anwar,

I'm not saying that the name of the environment can't be changed, but the word marked in the screenshot provided in the original issue is not the name of this environment.

Have you checked whether the words in the position marked on the original issue screenshot have changed after you have successfully changed the environment name?
