Sales tax exempt codes

Hi Experts,

Can anyone share the purpose of Sales tax exempt codes setup and where it is used?

Path: Tax > Setup > Sales tax > Sales tax exempt codes

    Hi ThuNgo,

    We normally used the exempt code with"Sales Tax Group".

    Let's say we have One rate as VAT @20% but this can be exempt in multiple scenarios.

    So we can mark this one as Exempt and provide an exempt code on each sales tax group.
