Budget check is not working properly, budget fund is available but on transactions always"Budget check failed"

Hi Expert,

Please give me advice, I have problem on modul Budgeting for Budget control.

The case is :

On period March, I check Budget funds available for 7100020100-09 on budget control statistics is 4,000,000.00

So my budget fund Is available.

On March, my client entered a transaction of 1,638,900.00 in Invoice Journal using dimension 7100020100-09

But the transactions give me error message "Exceed budget" and budget check results is Budget check failed.

I use budget control interval in Budget control Config is "Month".

This the screen on transaction of budget check failed

So has anyone have same experienced problem ?

Please give me advice for this problem.

Hello Candra,

Do you add the budget cycle PML_FOSCAL to Assign budget models in budget control configuration?

On the budget control statistics form, the budget cycle should be PML_FOSCAL, instead of FY2020, please check.

Hi M Candra Jatnika,

Did you check Budget Analysis Report?

What I can see from screenshot is during before this transaction there is Available fund is 72,000.00 (‭Total 1638900 - Exceed by 1566900).

It may be possible there are some un-posted transaction available in system which may reduced your available balance as you have set deduction from un posted actual transaction.

Good Morning Candra,

Do you have other pending transactions that are posted against this account-findim combination?

Probably other unposted purchase orders, invoice journals, etc. ?

Can you explain why you configured a monthly budget control interval while the budget cycle span is for the whole year?

Hi All,

I has get the answer after sumbit ticket to microsoft,

This issue is data corruptions and has been solved with running script to rebuilt summary table of budget control statistics.
