What happens to BOM items when user report bad quantities in Production through Report as Finished?

Hi Experts,

What happens to BOM items when I report some of the quantities I manufactured as bad quantities in Production control through report as finished?

For example,

I started with 100 quantities of Item A which has formula based BOM (contains 7 items). During the production process, 80 were good and 20 were bad quantities and I completed report as finished.

Can I reuse the BOM items of bad quantities to produce Item A production again?
How the GL posting would happen for the bad and good quantities?

the cost of total BOM line being consumed would add up to the cost of the FG while inventory would be consumed for total qty
