Hi All,

I have some 600 records to update, When i try it from excel online, getting error as "Only one file allowed for update". I tried it with exporting those records to static excel sheet, update & re-importing the sheet, but when i select the excel to import getting error as shown in below image.

Hi,

Can you try to just update one record first to test if it's working for you? also check this post where user got same error: community.dynamics.com/.../206861

Hi Ganesh,

You likely have some invalid unicode characters in a cell.

Maybe try in smaller batches to help identify or dump your file to csv and try to locate.
