E-mail Activity Showing up in Lead View

Hi,

Is it true that I have to Set Regarding every time I want an incoming/outgoing e-mail to show up under Activities for Leads?  Or is there a more automated process out there?  Like Set Regarding first time and then after that not having to do it again for same Lead?

    Hi Gylfi,

    Yes, you have to Set Regarding for all Emails to show under Social Pane in Lead Entity.

    This behaviour is only with Lead and not with other Entity such as Account, Contact.

    One more question: I have made a Last Activity E-mail Date field in Contact view that updates everytime I receive or send an e-mail REGARDING the Contact.

    Is there a way I can change the Workflow so that it picks up the e-mail without having the REGARDING field filled in?  What should I change the workflow to (for instance matching the TO/FROM with CONTACT EMAIL or something similar?) (see workflow here below)

    IF E-mail: Subject - Contains Data THEN

    Contact: Regarding - Equals - Regarding (Contact) Contact.

    UPDATE Regarding (Contact) - Set Properties (Process - Execution Time in Last E-mail Activity field).
