Go to Security Roles for the users that you want to restrict access from.

In the Core Records tab, make sure that the User Dashboard Entity and the Saved View Entity do not have Create Privilege.

To Remove System Dashboard, go to Settings -> Customization -> Default Solution.

Navigate to Dashboards, and Delete the Dashboards that you don't want.

If you are unable to delete the dashboards, just deactivate them.

To Remove System Views, you will have to navigate to each entity that you want to remove the views from (in the Default Solution).

Select the view that you want to remove, and either delete it or deactivate it.

You are only able to remove Public Views. You cannot remove Quick Find, Advanced, Associated, etc..., and you must have a Default Public View.

    That should be it.

thank you very much Aric, it's very useful. But I meet another problem: I have created some views for user(using his account ), I want that when he open crm, he will see the view which I created for him, but when "Saved View Entity do not have Create Privilege", he won't see the view which I have created. How to solve this problem? Thanks!

    Hi,

I just wanted to verify what you were saying.

I removed the Saved View Create and Update permission for a security role that I had.

I created a personal view, using an Admin account and shared it with the user that did not have the Saved View Create/Update permissions anymore, and the user account was able to see the view that I shared with him, so I am not sure what issue you are experiencing.

    Thanks.
