Error while importing organization

Hello All,

I have plan to migrate dynamics crm online to onpremise, but I had a little trouble when import organization into onpremise using CRM deployment manager, because user mapping is incorrect,

And the view log is

Error| Error occurred while attempting to map user "xxxx" with account xxxx@example.onmicrosoft.com during user mapping: Microsoft.Crm.CrmSecurityException: LookupAccountNameW failed with error
at Microsoft.Crm.SecurityUtils.GetSidFromAccount(String accountName)
at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Admin.ADUserMappingHelper.FillUserFromSearchResult(SearchResult sr, User user)
at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Admin.ADUserMappingHelper.FillUserFromSearchResult(SearchResultCollection src, User user)
at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Admin.ADUserMappingHelper.FindAndFillUserByFilterInternal(String filter, User user)
at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Admin.ByFullNameUserMapper.MapUserAccountInfo(User user)
at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Admin.ImportUserMapper.MapUser(User user)

How to fix that?

Thank You

Best Regards,

David Hariyanto

When importing the organization, try to map just the administrator with the existing administrator user. Once the import is complete, you can then open all users one by one, edit their username, save then activate.

    Hi Vikas,

    Thank's for your info,

But there is the same error after I try to mapping only system administrator with existing administrator user.

Any other way to help me?

    Thank You
