Samrtlist for YTD 1099 Details Window

I need to create a Smartlist for a 1099 upload file containing the data shown here in the YTD 1099 Details window with Smartlist Builder. Does anyone know how I can do this? I linked the 1099 details to the PM Vendor Master, but Nonempolyee Compensation is not populated. I need to add a caluculated field?

I'm not exactly sure what you are trying to do, but the 1099 amounts come from the sum of the period amounts NOT the Year amount from the screenshot in your message. The period amounts are stored in the Purchasing 1099 Period Detail table (PM00204). If you want to import data into the system from which you will print the Forms 1099, you need to populate the Purchasing 1099 Period Detail table.
