We are on GP2010. The customer appears clean in the Transaction by Customer window. There is nothing in work or open. The rm30101 and rm20101 tables show nothing in the curtrxam field. However, transactions show when I run the Detailed Historical Aged Trial Balance. Any thoughts?

Kindly give more details on what the 'faulty unapply' was.
I am at a client who has this issue where the detail from RM30201 applied documents does not support the CURTRXAM (due to a faulty unapply )....the Reconcile does NOT fix this problem. Any other thoughts. Thanks Debbie Horner
I have seen this issue before and it can be resolved by running a reconcile on that customer. You can do this by going to the Sales module then under Utilities clicking on Reconcile. I would run the Current Customer Information one and change the option to print report only then select your customer for the range. Print the report and that will show you what would change by running the reconcile. If you are happy with what you see then you can click reconcile for the option type instead of the print report option.
Let me know if that doesn't work.
