    Please give us more detail.

Are you creating order from eConnect with custom price? or default price?

What are the value passed for below parameter in eConnect coding?

    SHIPMTHD

    DEFPRICING

    DEFEXTPRICE

Normally Price Level will be used for orders based on the shipping method. Better try to manually create a same order with same line items in GP and compare what is missing on your code.

    Hope this helps!!!

The likely cause is that SalesPad has additional advanced pricing features that are not found by default in Dynamics GP.  So relying on econnect to match SalesPad pricing will not always work as it will just give you access to standard price levels and extended pricing.  You can call the SalesPad pricing proc manually to get the SalesPad pricing and update the econnect call.

You can run this to get more info on the procedure:

    sp_help sppGetItemPrice

Here is a sample call to the procedure:

    exec sppGetItemPrice @Customer_Num='16939',@Item_Number='NC-8-COM',@Qty=1,@UOfM='NC',@Currency='Z-US$',@Date='2009-08-07 00:00:00:000',@Price_Level=''

You can read more about some of the advanced pricing methods here:
