Insufficient Permissions?

Hi All

Non Dynamics person here..... our system is a mess i am a Sys Admin securuty group user and can open the Accounr form without an error.... The users in security groups get the below error message.....

As far as I can see OTC =4 is the Lead table? however the security group has full ORGANISATION level access to the Lead Entity....

Any other thought or suggetsions on where to look? what to do? how to troubleshoot?

Hi,

You can use the Check Access function in the account and lead tables to check whether the users in question are missing certain access rights to the records.

Thanks Dengliang Li

But the user has acess rights to both Account and Lead entities with FULL rights at Organisation level. The erro appears for ALL account records irrespective of Owner.
