Inventory Period Closing Issue 2

Dear Experts:

Actually I could close all the inventory periods except the last month of the year (01-01-21 to 31-12-21)

I got this following error:

"The inventory period cannot be closed there is a negative for one or more items"

I knew the items mentioned on the error message but If I tried to make them zero, the final trial balance will be changed which has been delivered to the government.

What is the solution?

Plz help.

Hi, I don't think there is a good way. You can ask the developer to modify the standard code to bypass this control. But personally do not recommend.

PS: In order to prevent negative inventory, you can set the following options in Inventory Setup or Item, but in the case of negative inventory, this is no longer useful.
