Not able to create Sandbox after version upgrade from 18 to 18.1

Hi,

Not able to create a sandbox after a version upgrade  to 18.1 SAAS.

I tried creating the sandbox just as usual but after staying the preparing state the sandbox disappears.

Please if you could help.

    Hi All,

    Just an update the restore to environment is  kind of a way around that would help in sandbox creation.

    The copy environment is not working though.

    I had the same issue thank you for confirming that the copy is not working.  I was able to create a new environment, but had permission issues.

    There is a known issue with creating Sandbox as copy of Production.  There is a hotfix in test now and it should start rolling out to all regions in the next few days baring an unforeseen issues.
