In this case you could use the basic import for contact. But it is neccessary to create new contacts and at least fill out email and lastname.
Then put all these contacts in a marketinglist - this marketinglist you can use to start a journey with an e-mail.
other option, depending on how many e-mails you have you could use the basic sendout at the marketing e-mails. But its limited to 30 contacts.
