Automatically triggering a dialog process on page load based on criteria

Hi guys,

I know this is possible with JavaScript but is there a plugin somewhere that lets me do this?

Basically I want a dialog to automatically come up on page load, if the record matches a criteria e.g. email address contains data. 

Is this possible? If there are no plugins, is anyone kind enough to walk me through this? I've gone through Google page one results but all of it seems very specific and copying and pasting don't work...

    Hello,

    No, there is not existing plugin, you can simply following these steps, execute your code on Form Onload.

    > First get Dialog ID

    > Get record id using Xrm.Page.data.entity.getId()

    > Check your fields and compare your conditions

    > Use code from below post to execute dialog

    Unfortunately that doesn't make any sense to me as I'm not a coder... But I can follow instructions!
