can't login to environment after refresh database

Hi all,

we made a refresh to the database for dynamics 365 F&O, as showing here ( https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/database/database-refresh )

after the finishing refreshing the test environment from Live we can't sing in with the users

we got this message

You are not authorized to login with your current credentials. You will be redirected to the login page in a few seconds.

can any one help with this

Hi,

After DB refresh from Prod, all the users are always disabled except for Admin user. you need to log in with the admin user and enable other users after any config change required. Like any ISV setting and Azure app settings etc. You can also enable all of them from the SQL side quickly with 1 update query.

Did you check if the users are enabled?

You can check that by logging in through the Admin account.

make sure you read this section in the article

Hi w.sallam,

Please try to run the 'C:\AOSService\PackagesLocalDirectory\Bin\AdminUserProvisioning.exe' tool.

If you're still getting the error after running, one of the possible cause would be this database hasn't been sync with your environment yet, please try synchronize the DB, then do an iisreset.
