Hi,
I got this error when try to open Financial Report designer for production and sand box environment on premise.
"Connection attempt failed. User does not have appropriate permissions to connect to the server. Contact your system administrator."
For One box development the report designer work fine but the problem exists in my production and sand box on premise. I look into user SID in FinancialReporting.Reporting.SecurityUser and AXDB.Userinfo are correct and user are assigned with security admin and system admin roles. I try to reset datamart by follow this link but no luck the problem still exists.

no user can log in to Financial Reporting including user who deploy these 2 environment as well. Any advise?

MR is on on-premise environment and deployed by my user but my user also received this error when open the report designer too. any idea?
