Hi Please help me out

for few items planning worksheet going to infinite loop unable to understand the issue behind this, below is the filter I am using in the calculate plan do I missing any setup

Do you have any customization done to your planning functionality?

If so that is probably the first thing you want to check if those customization is correct or not.

If you do not have customization you can try to recrate the issue in a sandbox. If you are able to do that you could have your partner open a supportcase with Microsoft around this for you.
