I am unable to access the custom reports via the reports menu. the option is greyed out.
this is the same on all the connected machines.

Also after you have downloaded the custom reports, save them to the reports folder under the primary RMS/Store Operations directory.
You will after to restart the Manager program for any new reports to show up for the first time.
Do you have any custom reports? If not, Custom will be greyed out on the menu. If you do have custom reports but can't access them, you may have security set on that menu option.
If you don't have any custom reports, there are some available to download on Customersource here: mbs.microsoft.com/.../ModifiedReports Or one way to create your own custom reports is to set up an existing report how you want, memorize it, then change the file name from "Memorized-<report name>" to "Custom - <report name>" and it will show up in the Custom section.
