Hi

Is it possible in D365 to add an image to and email signature that when an email is sent from Dynamics and recipient will see the image in the email signature?

    A tiny workaround is required.

You can put image URLs in your signature, which will be converted into images once the email goes out.
But these images have to be publicly accessible.

Here is a great blog explaining the same: https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/meganwalker/archive/2017/10/17/email-signature-with-images-amp-hyperlinks

If this answer helps you, please mark it as verified.

    Cheers!

Talk to whoever manages your company website and they can get that for you.

I managed to get the logo to appear as i copied from google results.  I am struggling to get the icons for facebook , twitter etc to appear and I need them to link to the company social media pages. I followed the instructions in the link above

"For the images, those can become images that once clicked will take the recipient to your intended website, great for links to your social profiles. To do this, it’s best to use something like Outlook or Word. Copy the image in the same way, but paste into a text editor. Then, right click the image and select to insert a hyperlink. Add the link to your website or social media profile. Then, copy the image again and paste into the signature area in CRM."

But when the email is received the icons do not show.
