Customer is reporting performance issues post update from BC v25.5 to BC v26.1 The update occurred after hours on 6/6/2025. With roughly the same number of invoices (2nd column), the avg_create_secs (3rd column) and avg_post_secs (4th column) increased. Example below:

Known Issue - Issue ID 5136951: Performance issue on Posting

Hello,

The performance issue affecting Posting - Update Analysis View after upgrading to BC 26 (noted in May) was addressed in the BC 2025 release wave 1 platform hotfix in version 26.1, which corrected how Analysis Views handle sorting and related posting optimizations. The fix arrived in platform build 26.0 (26.1 application build) and is included from BC 26.1 onward - encompassing all 26.x updates starting with 26.1.

BC v26.1 Performance issue on Posting after upgrade from 25.5

Client reporting the issue is on BC 26.1 recently updated from BC 25.5

The Analysis/Pivot mode are used heavily (on G/L Entries, comparing YoY transactions) and it either is slow or fails to load the data since the update.

Any suggestions?
