Voucher and Adjustment Entry Tax Category missing

I would like to be able to use our Voucher and Adjustment Entry screen to calculate sales tax on inventory items we purchase. I have set up our tax maintenance, tax categories and set taxes for inventory items. I can not seem to be able to get taxes to show up on our voucher and adjustment entry screen. I believe there should be a Tax Cat column that is not showing on mine. Can someone point me in the direction to get this column to appear here? Below is what my screen currently looks like. Thank you!

Hello Samantha,

Did you check the Tax cat column in Form view of voucher & Adjustment entry screen?

Select vendor Id

Go to Detail line Item Press F4 key or Press right double mouse click

If you’re not able to see the tax cat column, there must be a customization in your screen

Your screen customization is made not to show Tax cat in your voucher & Adjustment entry screen. You may need to check the customization properties/codes in this screen.

Based on your screenshot, Tax button at bottom is visible. So Allow tax Entry checkbox has been checked in AP Setup Screen

For Tax calculation, you should have done the following setup in Dynamics SL.

Setup the Tax Category as Taxable Items in Inventory Items screen

Vendor should have the Tax Id setup in vendor Maintenance.

Allow Tax Entry must be checked in AP Setup screen

If you have done this setup in Dynamics SL, tax will be calculated in voucher & adjustment entry screen.
