Orphaned Subscription Lines (Formerly Service Commitments)

I'm still getting client subscriptions set up but have already run into a "snag".

If I create a Subscription (formerly Service Object) with subscription lines and then delete the Subscription, the lines (formerly Service Commitments) associated are left with no way to clear them that I can find.  I also can't seem to associate them with anything.

Here is what is left after deleting the subscriptions (service objects), 3 orphaned Subscription Lines (Service Commitments) remain.

Anything I click results in the following message.

I need to clear these orphaned lines.
I have the same question (0)

OK, AI for the win?  I asked Co-Pilot this question and I got nothing in return.  I asked Chat GPT and got a thorough listing of options, including using a configuration package to remove the orphaned lines.

So, in my Sandbox environment, I exported the table (8059), deleted the lines and imported again with the "Delete Table Records Before Processing" box ticked.  The result, the orphaned lines were gone and everything looks good.

Any cautions to my doing this in production?

Further, it seems bad logic to allow Subscriptions (formerly Service Objects) to be deleted so easily, creating these orphaned Subscription Lines (formerly Service Commitments).

Well, that worked fine.  Configuration Pkg.  AI for the win.
