Dear All,
I wonder if anyone else has had this issue and can point me in the right direction?
One of my customers has a website and when the order is placed on the website there is a bit of bespoke that generates the sales order in Business central and then prints them out automatically to a certain printer. Now the issue is that all the orders that come in via the website are printing in monochrome. But if you were to manually reprint one of those web orders it will print out the sales order in colour.
Now we have checked that the universal printer driver is defaulted to colour and checked that all other programs like word or excel or printing from a chrome website all print in colour. I logged a ticket with MS themselves to ask if I was missing any settings anywhere. And the only suggestion was to ask the developer to check all the bespoke code to see if there was anything in there that could be causing it. He has done that but there is no mention of anything to do with printing in colour.
Hence why I am putting a question on the forum. As it doesn't make any sense why it is not printing all sales orders irrespective of where they are coming from.
Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
Kind regards,
Kelly
