Hello All

I need to add a security for a specific role on a form field.

I did the following steps;

1. add the table in the node permission on a priviledge.

2. Add the field that I need to restrict under the table and change the access level to read.

While compiling, i got an error < [AxSecurityPrivilege/NESRetailDiscountsMaintain/DirectAccessPermissions/RetailPeriodicDiscount/Name]:Abstract tables are not allowed

Can someone help me if there is another way of doing it

I read the document and it implies that we cannot apply security on an abstract table?

And there is no workaround for that.

Please advise.
