There are a lot of MS features that can handle what you listed above (e.g. archiving, etc.)
Yet, to give you a good feedback, please provide more information about the processes and requirements that you have because things such as 'collaboration', 'productivity', etc. are just too general to provide you with a straightforward answer.

Before being able to suggest on this question, can you give a brief description of each topic what you want to achieve? Otherwise, you will get only links to standard Microsoft documentation without knowing if this fits your requirements or not.
