We are unable to add delivery date and due date on our sales quotes. How do we do that?

Both fields are available by default. Can you show a screenshot of Sales Quote page.

We can see it. I was a bit unclear in my question. The issue is it doesn't appear on the PDF you get out of the system that we send to our customers.
That's much clear. On Sales Quote report these fields are not available. You need to add them using customization.

Create a copy of this report then you need to add required fields to the report dataset using VS Code and then add to the layout using Report Designer.
