Sales Accelerator does not work in Dynamics 365 Sales demo

Hello,

we have the requirement to showcase the sales accelator for leads within a demo account. The problem is that it does not work in the 30 day demo. We guess the problem is that the example data are not enough data. Is there a way to get more example data to make the KPI scoring work?

Hi，

You can try to install sample data.

--Sample data gives you something to experiment with as you learn customer engagement apps (Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Field Service, Dynamics 365 Marketing, and Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation), and helps you see how data is organized in the system.

We already enabled the sample data but to use the sales acceleration the requirement is

You need to have enough leads to train the model based on past data. Your organization must have created and closed at least 40 qualified and 40 disqualified leads during the time frame selected in the Train with leads from the past field of the scoring model. The time frame ranges from three months to two years. The more leads you can include to train the model, the better the prediction results will be.

The sample data do not fullfill the requirement.

We created 120 leads today by hand but the sales accelaration does not work.
