Outlook app view in dynamics

Hi all
 
We are D365 on premise V9.1 using classic interface.
 
We are moving to Outlook App and doing some initial testing like track emails and couple of things which i am looking for a solution:
1) Email opens in UI, is there a way to switch it back to classic interface, image below.
2) I see a warning message to select an app for better viewing of the record, see image below.
