Hello,

I've extended CustInvoiceTrans table by one custom field , now i wanted to show that field in "Sales and Profitability Performance" Power BI report. So therefore , I found that this report is using "SALESCUBE" . SO can you please suggest how can i add that custom field to this cube directly or some data entity ?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Rohin,

Have you already tried searching for similar issues in the Power BI community forum?

    https://community.powerbi.com/

    Might be more suitable.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

Thanks Ludwig, I checked that and didn't get any useful thread related to my issue.

If you know any thread related to my problem , please suggest that.

And also , I can see there is no way to extend "SalesCube" aggregate measurement or any std dimension to add custom field ?  please suggest

    Hi Rohin,

as you have found out already, you will need to create a new aggregate measurement (you can duplicate the standard one and adjust accordingly) and a new report that will use the data created by it in AXDW. You can adjust a copy of the standard report by modifying its queries accordingly. You can find current versions of the standard reports pbix files in the development system by searching for .pbix file extension in the AOSService\PackagesLocalDirectory folder.

Consequently, you will need to create a new analytical workspace and add your report to it or add the report to an existing workspace.

Add analytics to workspaces by using Power BI Embedded

    I
     hope this helps you further.
