Can't create new company in Business Central Cloud

Hi,
 
When I try to create a new company in BC I get the following message, despite having SUPER access within my permissions assigned to the role my User ID is using. We have integration with CRM and payroll add-in for our current company so could it be these are contributing to the issue I'm encountering?

If requesting support, please provide the following details to help troubleshooting:

Only users with the SUPER permission set can create a new company.

    Also make sure that you have SUPER permission for all companies (meaning that your SUPER permission has blank Company).

    It definitly can be your add-ins causing this issue.
     
    You should try to copy your environment to a sandbox, remove the add-ins and check if that solves the issue.
    If that solves the issue you should contact the developers of your add-ins and have them look into this.
    If it is not solving your issue you can have your CSP partner raise a support ticket with Microsoft to check if they can figure out what is happening.
