i am trying to understand and create a work order from the opportunity entity.I have seen and followed the steps from referring the below site,
but cant rectify the one error
i am not sure how to set tax code to my account(and their benefits).Anyone have any idea how to deal with this error.

Add filed Tax Excempt
Your are right but the field are in account (unused in form)
I think you dont have Tax Exempt field visible on Opportunity form.Make it visible and required.
