Hi,
I would like to distribute surveys and get responses from contacts.
I created a survey and set the Anonymous Responses field to No. Then I created an email with the survey component and sent it to a segment using a journey.
The responses I am getting are marked as anonymous and no contact is linked to the survey response.
What can I do please so that the contact is linked to the response?

If you wanted slightly more detailed explanation -
There are 2 ways to send a survey - Voice of the customer (VOC) and Forms Pro.
VOC is the old way, which is the one you have probably used. It is getting deprecated in the near future, so I strongly recommend not using it.
Forms Pro is the new supported mechanism to send surveys. It is on the road map and it is coming in the product, integrated with customer journeys soon. It also links a survey invitation, and a survey response to a customer. Something to look forward to.
