Voice of the Customer needs to be configured

When I tried to install Voice of the customer, it shows me this error

But on CRM, it has all the entities of voice of the customer, and giving me configuration error.

However, in the solution, I am unable to find configuration page. Also done with the uninstall and install of the solution results in giving same error.

Please suggest possible solution.

    Hi partner,

    Voice of the Customer (VoC) is being deprecated and replaced with Microsoft Forms Pro.

    Please refer to this blog for details: cloudblogs.microsoft.com/.../

    In addition, I'd recommend you raise a support ticket for professional help.
