Duration shows days in Classic UI but time in Unified

I've got a custom duration field that is supposed to show number of days between 2 dates and it works great in Classic UI but if you look at the exact same record in unified interface it shows hours and also minutes for the 2 custom fields I have.   Again in classic they both show up as days which is correct.

I have the same question (0)

Is it a calculated field or being populated through a workflow?

my bad.  It is being populated through a workflow.

    Hi,

I've tried to reproduce this no luck. My custom duration field (so a whole number storing minutes) displays a a number of days between 2 dates, when appropriate (otherwise it displays minutes, hours, etc.)
Can you share screenshots of both Unified Interface and legacy web client forms? Can you also include a screenshot of the field configuration?

You could also open a Support Request here: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support

Here's a screenshot of what you see for the same record in both classic ui and uci.

Can you share the data type of this field? Also share workflow logic written on it.

Thank you irecruit - this indeed looks like a bug for these duration fields.
I wasn't able to reproduce, even by trying to set the field as read-only, like you did.
I doubt the workflow is responsible for this, as it only sets a whole number value in that field.

Can you please open a Support Request in order to troubleshoot and fix this?
