I'm creating new crystal report and want to use a view that is listed in the database views. Many views do show, but not all - including the one I am after (of course). I have changed the connection properties to show all tables/views/etc.. but no change. Any ideas why this is happening and how to correct?

Crystal appears to have a limit on the number of "objects" that it will show you.
If you are asking it to offer all tables/views/procs, it probably exceeds that number.
If you want to be able to choose a View, set the option to show you only Views - not Tables or Procs.
You should then be able to see the View that you want to choose.
