I created a form on contact entity, and create sub-grid (nationality) and bind with nationality entity in 1:N relationship, but on contact form's sub-grid + (Add New) button not shown

The problem are not only come with this sub-grid, Its come with all sub-grid of form.

After change the ‘Legacy form rendering’, + button show on form but I got some alert like

4380.test.png

and all onload function are not work.

How can i resolve the issue "There was an error with this fields customized event"?

Also, in JS, make sure you have mentioned the name of the function correctly. From the JS error, it looks like it is not able to read the function mentioned in the Form Properties. The name of the function in the Form Properties does not match and you'll also need to check if your JS file loaded correctly in browser (sometimes, you need to refresh one more time in case the file hasn't loaded correctly)

    Hi Pawan,

This an error coming from Javascript.

As suggested by Andreas, you need to debug/analyse your script.

how many scripts you have on the form, and how many methods you have registered on the form on load?

Try disbaling the events to see if the error disappears

What if you remove all onload functions and scripts from your contact form?

Will it work then? If so, then I would analyse/debug each onload function and activate each step by step.

You might have a syntax error in your JavaScript code.
