Manufacturing SOP/MOP link

I have a large quantity of sales orders that have line items linked to specific mfg orders.  Those mfg orders show the proper costs for materials and labor, which were backflushed via Quick MOs.  The MO Routing was edited to update the actual labor costs for that particular MO prior to closing the Quick MO.

The sales order lines linked to those specific Quick MOs, however, do NOT show those costs.  Am I losing my mind?  The link was not broken.  These are standard items, that are custom made, with new BOMs created to reflect the minor changes.

I'm comparing the total costs using 3 cost array buckets in the WO010701 table--array 1 for material costs, array 4 for labor costs and array 10 for the total.  In those fields, arrays 1 and 4 do add up to array 10 for the total.  All is good.  But that cost is not reflected in either the unit cost or extended cost within SOP30300.

There would be no stock on hand for these items to grab a cost from, as most are custom-first-time items.

Anyone see this before?
