As we all know the omnichannel conversation have sessions in it.
This sessions entity msdyn_ocsession have a field for Closure Reason, can anyone tell me what does Default mean by? When does the session have default closure reason and when as conversation closed!

    Hi Pratiksha,

I didn't find any other documentation related to the Closure reason other than the one you provided.

And I can’t view the field in the default session form.
