Access token error in Dual Write synchronization from F&O to Dataverse

We are experiencing an issue with our Dual-Write setup.

We have a T1 environment that was created from a backup and restore of a T2 environment, both in Dataverse and F&O. Afterward, we performed the reset link process following this guide: Reset dual-write connections - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

We verified that the application IDs were correctly created and have the appropriate security roles in both Dataverse and F&O. The Dual-Write mappings are enabled without issues.

When we update a record in Dataverse, the change is successfully synchronized to F&O.

However, when we update a record in F&O, we encounter the following error:

Could you please help us troubleshoot this issue?

We have spent weeks to solve this problem, and We couldn't solve it. Also, We have created a support ticket to MS, with not succeed until now

Hi DGA205,

So far, I have not used a T1 environment with Dual Write as that requires a linked Power Platform environment. In addition, the Dual Write solutions must be installed on the Power Platform environment. Have you checked if all is installed with the correct recent versions?

Hi @DGA205

Microsoft has a few Microsoft managed applications listed in the Microsoft Entra ID applications list.

Can you check if all those are listed there and you have not removed any. Also make sure the user IDs associated with those apps are enabled.

I've validated all about applications users configurations.

Bouth user ids has system adminstrator role

In FO:

User roles

The Helth Check result all in OK

Applications Users in Power Automate, both have system administrator, and Dual-Write App User security role.

To be honest I am running short of ideas on this and trouble that I do see is that tier-1 are not supported in some situations. However I would suggest raising a support call with Microsoft to find out what is going on.

On your own end, you can debug it to find if it provides you any additional information.

In the connected Dataverse environment, under Settings -> Application users, do you have the Finance and Operations Service Account and Data Integration Service accounts listed? The App IDs are always:
