MR 2012 Migration Wizard issue

I'm working on a migration and ran into an issue after upgrading the Wizard. Someone else had upgraded MR without upgrading the Wizard. Companies had already been created in MR Data Mart.

Now, I want to rerun the migration process and when I try to map the FRx company to the MR company, I get an indication that there are no companies setup in MR, but there are. To try to correct, I deleted and reimported the companies in the Config Console, but that didn't help.

Has anyone else seen this and know how to resolve? I haven't been able to find anything online that addresses this issue.
