Collections Managment - Can you drill down to customer inquiry window instead of the customer card?

We have a client that is very security concience. They only have a handful of folks that can edt the cusotmer card. Everyone else has access to the customer inquiry window. When we drill down on the Customer ID it bring up the card. Is there a way to make this the customer inquiry window instead?

There is a 3rd party tool from Rockton called Redirect - that will allow you to redirect users to another screen when they don't have security access to a screen such as Customer or Vendor Maintenance.
