I have a credit memo that shows in the historical aging report, but doesn't show up in customer history. How can I clear this CM?

Angie, can you post a screen clip of the Historical Aging with the report option details as well.
It would be interesting to know if the CM was at sometime VOIDED.
Also, when you look at the HISTORY, do you place any restrictions on the selection?
When I try to do a screenprint it does not show up????
Angie, sorry had a ton of work out of the office today.
When you take a screen shot, you have to save it a file, then use the option to Use Rich formatting when you reply. When you see the tool bar, there is a icon to upload a file - the file must be 38 KB or smaller.
When saving the screen shot, but sure to 'crop' off the extra stuff that is not needed for your post.

Have you checked whether this Credit Memo is fully applied or partially applied?
Also check what are the options have you marked under the Exclude section of your Receivable Aged Trail Balance Option window.
Here is default option.
