Edit - OAuth 2.0 Setup - HMRC VAT

I'm experimenting on a BC Cloud Sandbox. I've navigated to the Service Connections page and selected HMRC VAT Setup. A page with the title: 'Edit - OAuth 2.0 Setup - HMRC VAT' is then displayed. My question is:

How do I change the Service URL on this page from the live environment to test?

(i.e.)
From:

https://api.service.hmrc.gov.uk

to

https://test-api.service.hmrc.gov.uk

... it appears to be read only?

    I've just watched a tutorial video online which used a Service Connection called: HMRC VAT Sandbox Setup. I'm not seeing that option. Does it have to be switched on / configured somehow?

    Testing the integration to HMRC in a sandbox

    Due to a limitation at HMRC, it is not possible to send test submissions of VAT Returns and test the integration in non-production scenarios. You can only send real VAT returns.

    Certain online documentation at HMRC refers to the term Sandbox. This term refers to an environment for software developers such as Microsoft and others for testing their features during development. This environment is not intended for customer testing, and it is unrelated to Business Central sandboxes.

    Beg to differ. We've been doing test VAT submission to HMRC's test environment for years outside of Business Central (see link below):
